Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. During peak periods or high-demand launches, processing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 4–8 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Tracking information will be sent to your email as soon as your order is on its way.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. Soft Rituals is not responsible for delays once your order has been handed to the carrier.
